MaxQ is a product design and engineering studio run by the people who do the work: three partners who have built companies, sold them, and shipped 120+ projects for clients from the US Air Force to Salesforce. Most studios hand a project to an account manager and a rotating bench. MaxQ works like an embedded product team, one already through the exits, so the hard calls get made early and the work ships. Engagements are fixed scope, from $5,000, and most land between $15K and $40K. In practice the difference shows up on a Tuesday. A founder needs a real answer on what to cut, and gets one from a partner who has cut the same thing before.
MaxQ works with founders, product leads, and in-house teams at companies between 2 and 200 people, usually at the moment growth starts to strain the product. The common thread is momentum with pressure behind: a launch, a raise, a rebrand, a codebase built at AI speed and now hard to extend.
