You don’t have a brand problem. You have a decisions problem.

The idea is three ChatGPT threads deep. The mission is in six Google Docs. The name went out in a midnight text to your cofounder, and someone already asked if it’s taken. Your brand exists. It’s just spread across seventeen tabs, and every one of them is a decision you haven’t made yet.

Kelvos is where you make them. Pull the whole mess in with native Google Drive import, then start: strategy written, name cleared, voice set. Before anyone opens Figma.

The entire system, in three verbs

Define. Deploy. Enforce. Set it down, send it out, keep it honest. Five modules, one source of truth.

Define

Day one, while the company still fits in one head. Brand Personality is where you write down why it exists, before what it looks like. A mood board isn’t a decision, and neither are five adjectives that mean nothing by Friday. Posture, voice, and position, set on spectrums you can defend to a cofounder, an investor, or the first designer you hire.

Name Screening checks a name before you fall for it. Trademark, domain, and what the word means in fourteen languages, in one pass. Craft and clearance scored separately, because a name can be gorgeous and completely unusable. You get a plain verdict: clear, at risk, or walk away. Most tools flatter you. This one tells you the truth.

Deploy

First hires, first vendors. The definition travels with the work. Brand Kits hand an agency everything they need in one link, with expiry and permissions. No zip file, no crossed fingers, no style guide they’ll never read.

Assets Library is the canonical home for logos, color, type, and copy. Versioned, searchable, and always the current version.

Enforce

As you scale, and every retelling drifts a little. Brand Compliance checks what ships against what you wrote. Old logo, off-brand color, a claim nobody approved. Issues ranked by how much they actually matter, flagged before a customer sees them.

Why this one is different

Every other brand tool describes your brand and walks away. A pretty document that ages badly.

Kelvos is built to be operated, and it’s honest about the one thing everyone else lies about: where the machine stops. The system does the groundwork. It structures the discovery, flags the risk, hands you the starting points. But it never dresses up a starting point as a finished answer. The AI directions are labeled as directions. The finished work comes from people who know what they’re doing (that’s the point).

Anyone can generate a hundred options. Knowing which one is right is the job, and that part is still human.

A brand that starts written stays whole. We built Kelvos because we got tired of not having it. It’s running with MaxQ clients right now. Your turn.

Securing Early Access

We’re letting in a first group of teams, a few at a time. Every brand that comes through gets real human attention, not just software, so we’re not interested in signing up everyone at once. Small group, full attention.

If you’re done running your brand out of a dozen half-remembered files, come in early.
